South West Strategic Developments Limited have submitted planning application 54/25/00014 to build up to 170 new homes on land to the north and south of Combe Lane

54/25/00014 is an outline application with some matters reserved, except access, for residential development to provide up to 170 dwellings including affordable housing, public open space including dedicated ecological areas and associated access, drainage landscaping and ancillary work to the north of Combe Lane and to the east of Woolavington Hill.
