Major Revisions to Planning Application off Combe Lane
South West Strategic Developments Limited have submitted major revisions to planning application 54/25/00014. It is now proposed to build up to 100 new homes on land to the south of Combe Lane only.

54/25/00014 is now an outline application with some matters reserved, except access, for residential development to provide up to 100 dwellings including affordable housing, public open space including dedicated ecological areas and associated access, drainage landscaping and ancillary work to the south of Combe Lane and to the east of Woolavington Hill. Demolition of 29B Woolavington Hill is still proposed to provide access.
