This event will be held in the Village Hall, Higher Road, Woolavington on Friday 28th August from 6.00 p.m to 8.00 p.m.

Residents will have the chance to meet Montel, the lead contractor for the scheme, along with members of the wider design team who will outline the programme of works due to begin in September.
The team will talk people through the scope of the project, the planned construction timetable, traffic management arrangements and health and safety measures, before opening the floor to questions.
The scheme is described as a “key piece of community infrastructure forming part of Gravity’s Clean and Inclusive Growth strategy, aimed at improving safety and creating an attractive route between the villages and the campus.”
Work will include a series of traffic‑calming measures designed to make the area safer for everyone. Recycled materials from the Gravity site will be used wherever possible, and new native trees will be planted along the route to enhance the landscape.
Montel has also committed to providing employment opportunities for local people through its Employment and Skills plan during the construction period. Anyone with questions ahead of the meetings can contact the project team via info@thisisgravity.co.uk.
